Returns Policy:
Dakota Steel Art guarantees
our spinners. If our spinners have bad laser cuts, bad paint or
are damaged in shipping, so that they are unsaleable, notify us within
SEVEN days of receiving the bad spinner for full credit.
Items returned with
display damage (dusty), out of the shrink wrap, or because you
weren't able to sell the item they are only eligible for 1/2 credit.
We also
offer a Lifetime Rustproof Guarantee. If your DSA spinner
should rust within your lifetime, contact us and we will send you a
return label and a replacement spinner.
Please note: When
returning items include your name, address and phone number with the
list of returned items and reason for the return in the box.
